Meet Our New Board Member, Devon Volker!

Devon Volker, class of 2000, is the Kutztown Area School District Education Foundation's newest board member.

She joined us in October 2023, but has been volunteering as part of the Communications Committee since March of 2022. Devon created and manages the Education Foundation's website, as well as developing illustrations, graphics, and signage to support our many events and messages. If you follow our social media pages on Facebook and Instagram, you may have seen some of her work already.

Devon completed her BSBA in Supply Chain Management at Duquesne University and her MBA from Robert Morris University. She has worked at US Steel in Pittsburgh, Fisher Clinical Services and Knoll Inc., and Haas Financial Group. Most recently, Devon founded Devon Volker Consulting in August, to pursue all the things she loves such as content creation and business operations with a goal of transforming people and organizations. She resides in Kutztown with her husband, Matt, and her two children, Mavis and August.

As a newly appointed Board Member at the Education Foundation, Devon is thrilled to continue her service on the Communications Committee to help raise awareness about the Foundation among the community and alumni. With her unique and fresh perspective, she is ready to add value to the organization and bring new ideas to the table contributing towards the Foundation's mission for "Improving Education Together."
