Meet Our New Board Member, Patrick Moyer!

Patrick Moyer, class of 2016, is the Kutztown Area School District Education Foundation’s newest board member, having joined us in January 2024.

Patrick graduated from Kutztown University in 2020 with a degree in Communication Studies and minors in public relations, professional writing, leadership, and women and gender studies. He currently works as an Assistant Director of Admissions at KU and is also a member of the conduct board, merit committee, counselor relations committee, and events committee. Patrick resides in Kutztown.

As a newly appointed Board Member of the Education Foundation, Patrick will be using his background in communications and recruiting to help the Education Foundation spread awareness. His ability to use different channels of communication and recruiting tactics will help attract more alumni as donors and participants. He hopes to create an active alumni group by bringing together various generations of alumni to support current KASD students by funding new innovative educational opportunities and scholarships.

Patrick believes he can help engage young alumni while enhancing opportunities for the District and the Education Foundation. Welcome aboard, Patrick!
