Strategic Planning Process Started

The Kutztown Area School District Education Foundation began our strategic planning process with a kickoff meeting on January 10, 2023. We will be working with the La Salle Nonprofit Center to determine our strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Going through this planning process will help ensure we are using our donors’ generosity most effectively to enhance educational opportunities in our district. Our La Salle consultant will conduct interviews of representative board members, teachers, administrators, donors, parents, and other key community stakeholders. We will use the feedback from the interviews to conduct a full-day workshop to fine-tune our mission, core values, and strategic direction over a three- year timeframe. Out of this process, we will identify overarching, prioritized strategic goals and measurable objectives.
