Thank you, Ben Haas!

I was fortunate to be President during a very exciting time for the Foundation, as we had just been approached to help raise funds for the new stadium and track. In many ways, this project "put us on the map" offering the opportunity to reconnect with alumni, develop new business relationships, and make the community aware of our mission "Improving Education Together". While scholarships remain at the core of what we do, we took that Capital Campaign momentum and tried to explore new and innovative ways to support students pre- and post-pandemic. Looking back, that growth required a lot more organizational management, more volunteers and well-documented processes. That's where I really felt a great sense of responsibility to the board and where I wanted to be most helpful. As we look to the future, I know the board will continue to do great things and I look forward to continuing to help execute on new ideas and programs for our students."
